1) at least thrice a year. seriously.
2) is this a trick question? toothbrush only (without toothpaste)? if so, then floss. if with toothpaste, then toothbrush. haha
3) the most hygienic is every month or at least every 2 months
4) the flouride in the toothpaste helps its effectivity in cleaning and making the teeth whiter. not harmful at all if taken in small quantities
5) not at all harmful. 6 months is a long enough grace period for bleaching

1. YOU SHOULD VISIT A DENTIST AT LEAST TWICE A YEAR FOR ROUTINE DENTAL CHECK UP. IT IS TO CHECK FOR ANY NEW CAVITIES, PERIODONTAL HEALTH AND MAINTENANCE OF PREVIOUS TREATMENT IF ANY GIVEN.
2. BOTH HAVE A DIFFERENT FUNCTION. TOOTHBRUSH IS REQUIRED TO CLEAN THE SURFACES OF THE TEETH WHICH ARE SEEN CLINICALLY AND THE FLOSS IS TO CLEAN THE SURFACES OF THE TEETH WHICH ARE PRESENT IN BETWEEN TWO ADJACENT TEETH I. E. INTERPROXIMAL AREAS. THEREFORE TOOTHBRUSH IS REQUIRED TO PREVENT CAVITIES ON OCCLUSAL, FACIAL AND LINGUAL SURFACES AND FLOSS IS FOR INTERPROXIMAL SURFACES.
3. IT DEPENDS UPON THE PERSONAL USE OF THE PERSONS.IT VARIES FROM PERSON TO PERSON. NORMALLY AFTER EVERY THREE MONTHS YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR TOOTHBRUSH. IF THERE IS ANY SPLAYING, FRAYING OF BRISTLES, THAT IS THE INDICATION THAT YOU SHOULD CHANGE YOUR TOOTHBRUSH.
4. FLUORIDE TAKEN IN PROPER QUANTITY IS GOOD FOR TOOTH HEALTH. IT SHOULD BE 0.9 TO 1.1ppm. EXCESS FLUORIDE CAN LEAD TO FLORIS WHICH LEADS TO DISCOLORATION OF THE TEETH. FLUORIDE TAKEN IN EXCESS MAY ALSO LEAD TO FLUORIDE TOXICITY WHICH IS MANIFESTED AS VOMITING, GASTRIC DISTURBANCE, RENAL DISTURBANCE, AND DEATH ALSO.
5. BLEACHING IS DONE BY USING CHEMICALS LIKE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AND SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE. THIS CHEMICALS ARE HARMFUL TO TEETH AND GUMS IF NOT PROPERLY APPLIED.THEREFORE BLEACHING SHOULD NOT BE DONE SO OFTENLY.
