my mother mentally abuses me and ive checked websites and talked to other people about it, but i want to know how i would file it to child services or whatever its called?

you would need to talk with a worker that is involved with child neglect cases and you could also go to your school counselor,and tell her/him what is going on mentally abuse is very bad on a person,you can aslo report your ownself to social services,tell them that you are afraid of being around your mother,has she hit you if so that would help.but right now you need to get away from her before its too late.ASAP

Call social services and report her but I will tell you that you better have a clear case of mental abuse and not be a kid who dont like to listen and a kid who does not accept punishment because once social services is involved with a family,everyone including you will be miserable.

Talk to your school counselor first. Be totally honest and open about what goes on between you and your mother. She'll decide if it's worthy of more action or not.
