Revelation 20:15 declares, “If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.” The Book of Life is the set of names of those who will live with God forever in heaven. It is the roll of those who are saved. This Book of Life is also mentioned in Revelation 3:5; 20:12; and Philippians 4:3. The same book is also called the Lamb’s Book of Life because it contains the names of those who have been redeemed by the blood of the Lord Jesus (Revelation 13:8; 21:27).
How do you get your name written in the Book of Life? Simply by repenting of sin and believing in the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior from sin (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:5). The moment you place your faith in Jesus as your Savior (John 3:16; Romans 10:9‑10), your name is written in the Book of Life, never to be erased (Revelation 3:5; Romans 8:37‑39). No true believer should doubt his eternal security in Christ (John 10:28-30).

The Bible is not the Book of Life. The Bible shows you how to get your name written down in the Book of Life. God is the only one who can add or remove a name from that book. As to the evill people mentioned in the Bible, they ended up in Hell unless they believed upon God and accepted Him as the one true God.

Those not found in the book of life will not stay but will be cast back into the rivers and lakes of fire.
That, sir, is more than likely the Earth as it will be in End of Times.
In other words, you're going to be sent back to America, England, Sweden, Denmark, Syria, The Congo, Somalia
Where ever it was you came from. You will RETURN THERE
And EVERYWHERE the skies will be black. Food and water will be impossible to find.
There will be motlent rivers and lakes of fire, from what. Who can say. The Sun going NOVA, Earthy spitting up lava, A-bombs burning, Napalm. Who knows.
Here's basically the way it works. In the ARMY in the DRAFT we had what was called the PULLES and it was a medical fitness indicator and a 3 got you out of the service. The best people had straight 1's a few had a 2 here and there.
God uses some type of a scale and 666 is the limit. You come in with a 666 and you go back out.
You are NOT acceptable.
Ok there is a WAR with A-Bombs and people are contaminated and contaminated people contaminate other people.
Do you want someone in your shelter with enough RADS to make YOU glow in the dark or do you want them thrown back out into the outside world with the fallout, because they are going to die anyway, why should YOU because you are exposed to THEM!
REMEMBER, YOU get contiminated and within three moths your hair will start to fall out, you will get weak, you will see your skin start to fall away. ALL because you were TOO CLOSE to someone with TOO MANY RADS
You sleep in a closed room with your wife or children who have active PNUMONIA and there is a strong chance the BOTH OF YOU will end up with MENEGITIS
That is a medical probablity.

The Bible isn't the book of life. The book of life is something completely different that contains the names of all the saved. I'm sure lots of people in the Bible will wind up in Hell.

It is said that God keeps certain books in Heaven. One of those books is called The Book of Life. I've heard it contains the names of those who accepted the Lord and how they lived on earth. There's another book which is used for those who rejected God as well. These books are mentioned in Revelation when the Judgment Day comes. The righteous get their rewards and the wicked get their sentence. The Bible qnd these books are two different books.

The bible and the book of life are two different books. There is no canonization process for hell. We do not know who is there, only that there ARE people there.

The Book of Life is separate from the Bible. It is a book in heaven that God registers each person who accepts Jesus as their Savior. It will be opened one day and the names called. Unbelievers are not listed in this particular book.

The Bible is not the book of life. The book of Revelations says God will have "the books" open...which is understoon to be the 66 books of the Bible, plus He will also have another book, which is the Book of Life.

No, the Bible is not the Book of Life. God is keeping record of every word, every deed, and every action that we do.
In the beginning, everyone's name was included. Everyone had a chance. In the course of their lifetime, anyone that did not receive the gospel had their names removed.
The Lamb's Book of life consists of the names of those who will have eternal life instead of judgment and punishment.
Exodus 32:32 Moses states "But now if You will, forgive their sin--and if not, please blot me out from Your book which You have written." The Lord said to Moses, "Whoever has sinned against Me, I will blot him out of My book. See also Rev.20:12, 15 and 21:27
