Because I'd rather not shave my chest along with my beard every day if it's not worth it.

I like it shaved personally. But I understand if one doesn't want to shave it everyday - it does become a hassle after some time. Now you know what women go through with their legs! If they decide to shave that is!

I'm fine with hairy men. The only time you should get rid of it, is in maintaining your eyebrows or facial hair (it's no fun to make out with something that feels like a bush), and genitals as I'd prefer not to floss my teeth while i'm down there. I can do that at another time, tyvm. But no, of course it's fine. It's actually quite attractive. It's virile and manly and in some cases, downright yummy.

Hairy is sexy. Furry is a turnoff. The hairy chest if it's not like shag carpet can be very sexy. But if it extends to the back and the buttocks, it can be a little too cro-Magnum. For women in America, excessive body hair can be a turn-off.
Waxing can be an antidote...but so can a sparkling personality. If your body hair is a make or break deal with some chick, she's probably too shallow for you to exert the effort.
Find some woman who appreciates you as you are...then once you're ignited, tweaking your appearance is an acceptable concession. Just keep in the back of your mind that YOUR APPEARANCE is a condition. If you can be OK with that, then go for it and have fun. But if modifying your appearance to appease a potential girlfriend seems like really shallow (as it sounds to me, but who am I?), ditch her and look for someone who accepts you as you are.

Well many girls would say eww, but from my personal life. i like my men with a hairy chest. I mean it's supposed to be there or it wouldnt have been created there, that's part of a man, like boobs are part of a woman!
And I like running my hands on his chest so i would say don't shave your chest....
On the beard that is something you gotta do in my eyes...
But your life your choice!!!

Why would you shave your chest to begin with? That's odd.... I know swimmers shave their legs & some shave their chests, but otherwise I thought only gay men shaved their chests. Shows how much I know...
I would DEFINITELY prefer a hairy chest to a shaved one. My husband doesn't have a "hairy" chest, but it's not baby butt smooth either....

I like both...but if a man has hair on his chest, I prefer that it is not grizzly bear hairy...Though my answer is the most attractive men in my book like themselves for who they are..but then again are not arrogant about themselves either....a happy medium...

I vote for the guy with just enough hair on his chest to look sexy in an open shirt......too much hair on the chest and back can definitely to a turn off.

Depends on the girl. Personally, I'd kill my husband if he shaved his chest.
Of course, if you have enough chest hair that it poofs out your shirt, you may want to trim it back some.
