That would depend on how he is planning to PAY for the car.
If paying cash-no problem buying the car.....but registering it & getting plates for it could be a problem (unless there is a co-buyer on the title)
If he is trying to finance the car- ALL lenders REQUIRE full coverage insurance & insurance companies won't insure an unlicensed driver. Again a co-buyer will be necessary.

No. The dealer requires a license, and proof of insurance on a vehicle (either the one you are driving, or the one you are buying) I would concentrate more on getting the license reinstated. If he gets caught driving without it, it's a 500.00 fine. repeat offenders can expect a fine, and jail. With a suspended license, he can not get insurance, nor will he be covered in the event of an accident driving someone else's car. Without a license, he can not buy a car, nor should he attempt to drive anyone's car.

Only if someone was buying it for you or something if you haven't got a driver's license. You'd need one, because the dealer would have you test drive a car before you buy it, and if you haven't got a license, then they probably would have someone else test drive it for you e.g the dealer..

You need to contact the DMV, if the vehicle is in a company name he can get a license to drive a company car to work in as I did (it was my own business) but can only drive a company car when working, I went through that myself. Good Luck and GOD Bless

No....,The person who wants to buy the vehicle needs a valid license, the dealer needs that for insurance and to register the purchaser and vehicle with the DMV.

Yes of course you can. All you need is the down payment and a co signer. That is before they have checked your credit.
