I think using 2 washes for your face will dry it out dramatically. You can use an acne body wash that is a different brand from the face wash. For bacne I would recommend Neutrogena.

I really can not say what to use. This is something you will need to learn what work best for you. Some "Drugs" or whatever we want to call them, can react with each other. This why most come with a paper explaining drug interactions. Look at the ingredients on the label. Most times it give the "Active Ingredient" and then the "Inert Ingredients". The first is what actually do something, the rest what is just added, like water.
If, you use two with the same active ingredient then you really using the same thing, only under a different label. If, the active ingredient is different then there "may" be a possibility of a "drug interaction"!!!!!
There are three ways to learn;
1. You search the two drugs.
2. You ask your Doctor, or, Pharmacist (Pharmacist is best)!!!!
3. You call your poison control center. If, you not sure who to contact, go here;
http://www.aapcc.org/
IF, they not know, they should be able to tell you who to ask.

No it isnt safe to use two types of acne wash for your face because that may cause your skin to break out even more and it may make your skin very dry from the continous washing. No idea on what would be best to use.

completely advantageous! try getting an zits cleanser. it is going to help keep the oil away between washes. i recognize zits sucks and you're probably quite pissed off with it. carry in there, it is going to pass away ultimately.
