Tousle your hair in desired direction & work through a bit of hair pomade, wax or gel to hold the style.

Best to bring photo to show barber.

Take the photo to the barber~ it's better to give them an idea of what you want. As far as making it look like that, you need to use a stiff, wax type product. The thicker the better. Pure beeswax works the best. You can get it at a beauty supply store for about $3.

I don't want to insult anyone who is a good barber out there, but my male clients tell me that the barbers they go to only know one way of cutting, and won't listen to what the customer wants. They only want to know which side of the head the hair is parted on. Go to a good barber/hairdresser that listens really well. Good luck! (PS-Take the picture with you)

just bring in the picture! you cant really describe a haircut. haircuts dont have specific names anymore.

get it cut like a fo-hawk (fake mohawk) and get very natural highlights.
