this program is really basic and more as a catalog than an editor. It doesn't talk print sizing.
It would take some calculating to figure out if you have enough pixels to make a decent 4x6 print, because you'd want a resolution of at least 200 dpi to make a good print.
It might be easier to use a different program that is "printer friendly".

As Desirai said you can resize up but you will loose quality Just go to resize and type a number bigger then 100 in the Horizontal or Vertical Fields Try something like 400
