I've spent my life underweight and have recently gained about 15 pounds. I'm enjoying having more meat on my bones, but have a slight problem: My belly. It's the first and last place I gain weight. And its the place where most of my weight is being carried.
Now let me get this out now, before people start looking at me like some sort of anorexic: In no way do I believe I'm fat. I'm simply looking to regain proportion.
Is it possible to get my flat belly back without losing the weight gained in other areas?
