It seems very unnerving that they call that that it isn't very good what do you think.

Consider that attorneys also practice. Why is that any different? And remember, medicine is an art!

Depends on how you look at it. In a profession where everything is constantly changing and developing in more than a sense it is a practice.
There is nothing wrong with practicing something. Only growth and development come from practice

It is there practice.That is what the practiced to do.Its just like a law firm is a practice.I think it is a very appropriate word for a family physician.

not realy ! doctors go to collage for six years. just to become a doc .2 to 4 years to get a practice of there own. and then to build there own practice anouther 3 years .13 years of hard work.what would you call it!!!!!!!!!!!

Ha, agreed. I also think it's crazy that we even need doctors because you'd think your body could tell itself what's wrong!
