What are you trying to do? Clean up your start menu?
I like to go this route:
click Start
cl Settings
cl Taskbar and Start Menu
cl the Start Menu tab
cl Remove
click/mark any program you want to remove from startup, then click Remove.
Caution: this list contains Windows files, antivirus, etc. If you are unsure of anything, let it alone. If you recognize a game, for example, removing it from the start menu will not remove the program, just the shortcut from the start menu. This is a good idea anyway - it will free up memory. You can load games on an as-needed basis.
