I'm a 14 y.o. female and 5"6 and 1/2, i think...i weigh around 115/120ish?
I want to slim down a little bit...i wear a size 1-3, but i want to get back to my 0s!
i already know what to do diet wise, but i need a fitness plan that i could use...as in running, gym workouts, etc. thanks!

I am almost exactly your stats..
I exercise for about 1 hour every 4-6 days running and i'm fine
give it time, and it will all fall into place

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise (running, jogging, cycling, swimming etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

girl!!..you either u r healthy or underweight..sheesh...go look up for your wieght range on ur height...but seriously you are not overweihgt..and do not need to lose anymore!!
