What is a "RAVE"?

like a party rave..what is that?

Well a "Rave" is a party usually with loud music, usually techno. Really flashy. Not unusual to see people dancing with glowsticks...colorful outfits...people with binkys in their mouths...People also take the drug XTC there quite often. But a lot of times you can find sober people there as well.

Its just like a regular dance, but they play rave music. Hence the term 'rave dance' and they have strobe lights, and glowsticks, and a bunch of cool lights, and people dance kinda crazy, there isnt a structured way to dance rave, its just whatever. the music sorta sounds like techno, just in case you were wondering. a party that you dont need to attend unless you like wild and crazy, they do alot of drugs, you drink alot and alot of sex, its a party where anything goes and no questions asked.

it's where teenagers and young adults drinking and do drugs,listen to punk music,heavy metal,etc. and then the split up in couples and go have sex. not that I have been to one,this is just what I have heard. how old are you? are you considering going to one, I won't if I where you. it's potential something that could be trouble.

It is where everybody drinks a lot...constantly! It is probably really bad. Don't go!
