Hello, my names Jason; and i have liked my best friend, Sarah, for over 1 year and a half now. We're only in grade 11, but i really feel like im in love with this girl. She has a long term boyfriend (About a year) but, recently; she has been talking to me about us together as a couple. I dont understand it though, she doesnt want to actually go out with me, if any girls should shed some light on how i should go about this matter (I would like to, someday be with this girl) it would be much appreciated.

You are in the friend zone. Good chance she would not go out with you if she did split with her guy.
If you have no interest in being friends with both her and her boyfriend then you are kidding yourself that you are her friend. If this is the case admit you have a one sided love, stop being her buddy and date someone else.
Only if you stop being her pal and show her that other girls see you as attractive will you ever stand a chance with her.
