find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First of all your diet is kind of off. You need to have something like cheerios and half a piece of fruit with milk as a drink for breakfast. For lunch you should have lean meats with cheese and maybe some lettuce and tomatoes on wheat bread, a piece of fruit like an apple and some baby carrots. For dinner have lean meats and veggies. Your drinks seem good but lacking calcium (all your meals do) you need to eat things like yogurt and cheese to get calcium.
Don't concentrate on counting calories but making sure you get the right amount of vitamins and need things like calcium, iron, and stuff.
Instead of trying to lose fat concentrate on gaining muscle. Try to get abs instead of losing fat. Running is great cardio but long distance is better than sprinting.
Good Luck!!!!

Holy moly dude! You need to calm down! A little belly fat and thigh fat is normal for your age! Don't worry, it will go away when you start to grow more. You sound like a healthy guy so don't sweat it. It is much better to be healthy than to have 2% body fat or whatever you're trying to get to. If you get that fit at your age, it's kind of weird.

Well i too have those nice giant thighs, the best things i have found is actually good old fashion running, and that WILL work in one month if you do it consistantly and properly, also if you don't want an excersie like that try dancing THE BEST WORK OUT especially hip hop or break dancing good luck and don't over-work yourself sculptine your bbody takes time

It's likely you're eating too fast. Try holding a conversation while wearing a meal so you're not really gulping down more than you need to feel full.

Beware of "fat-free" or "zero trans fats" foods as you could be trading fats for huge numbers of sugar or sodium.

Use a vegetable bean dip for example hummus instead of ranch dressing or maybe a fatty cream-based dip.

Give your protein extra low-calorie flavor with the help of a salsa or chutney rather then a gooey cream sauce.
