This is an off the wall question but what the heck..its late and I am a bored.
A "Hearse" would definitely be last...no question, I mean what is the hurry.
There is no set law of guideline for the other 3.
I would probably depend on who actually arrives there first at the 4 way.
Police generally go in first and block the intersection for Fire and the ambulance to go through safely.
Keep in mind that police can get there faster with their type vehicles and are fire and first responder trained so I would say they would be the first if all arrive at the same time. Cops get no credit on fire scenes but usually arrive way ahead of Fire units and Rescue. They carry out people from Fires quite often with no credit given.
I have worked in Law Enforcement for a long time and never even seen anything close to that happening though.
I think it would be kind of humorous (sorry) to see a funeral procession.....fire truck.....ambulance and police all arrive together....might be one big crash!!

First of all, it would be very likely that all four would have no idea what the others were responding to so what the actual calls are would not be taken into account for this scenario.

1 Firetruck. Most likely the biggest vehicle so it would be able to cruise through and not have to slow down and slowly speed back up.

2. Ambulance. Same as reason one.

3. Police. Would slow down and allow the others through so an accident would not occur which would cause either him or other officers to have to clear from the murder to cover an accident.

4. Funeral. They would have seen and heard the other emergency vehicles coming and would have pulled over to the right allowing the other vehicles to pass. The escort vehicle would have ordered the procession to yield and would have helped with traffic in the intersection.

Fire truck would be first because they are on there way to somewhere were someone could be hurt, the ambulance would be second because they are already in control of the hurt person, the police officer would be next because evidence gets harder to find the longer you wait, and the funeral session would be last, because it will for one take the longest to get through the light and the person is already dead they really are not on to much of a time schudule

Whoever gets there first!!! but if they get there the same time, the ambulance, the firetruck, the cop then the hurst can go last 'cause they're in no hurry.

1. Firetruck, it's heading to the most possible life threatening situation.
2. Ambulance, it's a priority but the victim is receiving treatment
3. Police, the victim is already dead, not an immediate rush
4. Hearse, it's occupant is in no rush

well, the police officer has a gun, so you may want to give him the right of way, but if a giant fire truck hits your car, it is all over anyway.

Hurst is not an emergancy vechile and has no automatic right of way. the police, the murder is already over, the ambulance they are already being treated, the fire is the only threat still active. So the fire truck would.

** but the police would think they would.

What's a hurst??
A hearse with a dead person in a funeral procession would go last, though.
