i have this assignment for school, and i really need help with this. Whenever i try, i go over the limit. Help?

What is the span, and what methods of construction are you allowed to use? Glue? Hot glue? white glue? Some projects like this use marshmallows or gumdrops for connections, the low strength of which makes things challenging. You'd probably be best off with a truss design, a simple beam of glued together toothpicks may take too many.

there is a free download online of a game/program called bridge builder..(pontefex)..
this allows you to build bridges & test them for strength..
try that & see if it helps..( its a lot quicker than glue)
