I have just a few days over 3 weeks to look better...im going to eat right and workout every single day until june 9th..i just need to know what some good workouts for upper and lower body were so that i can look my best..im not fat, im 4'11'' n 110lbs, so i really just want to get toned-my abs n thighs especially..please give me some moves that will have me looking good!!

legs
lunges-go as far down as possible.
squats-spread your legs shoulder length apart though and watch your knees. you dont want to put too much strain on them
side of thighs-45 degree leg lifts. lay on your side, move your leg in front of you to about 45 degrees, move it up in the air back and lower to about 45 degrees behind you. never let your leg hit the floor. Just do 20 of these.

abs
situps on an ablounger or exercise ball. you want to be able to stretch back out after each situp
pelvic thrusts

upper body
butterfly
tricep curls
bicep curls
hold a pushup position
hold your arms straight out to the side or above your head like a belly dancer. Try to hold your arms like that for one commercial break (3 min) -so much harder than it seems

Try following along with some DVDs. there are lots of great ones that will show you all sorts of new moves.
