There are many was to say pull in spanish but I use triar or jalar. But make sure to conjugate your verbs.

according to the velasquez english/spanish dictionary the correct word is estirar (to pull ahead), tirar con esfuerzo (to pull away), retirar (pull back), derribar (pull down), estiron, but usually it is jalar or estirar.
