How has God answered your prayers? By a vision, feeling, a voice that you can really hear?

He gives me the opportunity so that the thing I requested in prayer will be given to me. We also have to do our part. I generally do not ask for things from the Lord. He knows what I need even before I ask, so most of the time I just let God be God. The surprising thing about this concept of prayer is I have fewer worries.

Peace and blessings!

The fact is, God never answers any prayers. The entire idea that "God answers prayers" is an illusion created by human imagination.

How do we know that "answered prayers" are illusions? We simply perform scientific experiments. We ask a group of believers to pray for something and then we watch what happens. What we find, whenever we test the efficacy of prayer scientifically, is that prayer has zero effect:

It does not matter who prays.
It does not matter if we pray to God, Allah, Vishnu, Zeus, Ra or any other human god.
It does not matter what we pray about.
If we perform scientific, double-blind tests on prayer, and if the prayers involve something concrete and measurable (for example, healing people with cancer), we know that there is zero effect from prayer. Every single "answered prayer" is nothing more than a coincidence. Both scientific experiments and your everyday observations of the world show this to be the case every single time.

For example, this article says:

One of the most scientifically rigorous studies yet, published earlier this month, found that the prayers of a distant congregation did not reduce the major complications or death rate in patients hospitalized for heart treatments.
And:
A review of 17 past studies of ''distant healing," published in 2003 by a British researcher, found no significant effect for prayer or other healing methods.

God answers my prayers like my parents answer my fears. I feel comfort. When I run to my parents in times of trouble, just being held for a moment fills me with self-confidence and a renewed strength. Praying to God is the same thing. I do not expect miracles to work, just to know that God is there for support and love. Prayer is to me a reflection upon our relationship. It requires no vocal or physical response.

God has used me to answer the prayers of other. That is to say if we just pay attention to the needs of those around us God can use us to drop a bag of groceries on a needy families door or some Cubs tickets on someone birthday. God uses us to answer prayer for him!

God answers every prayer that is lifted to him. what we have to remember is that sometimes God answers "no" or "wait." God only promises to grant our prayers when we ask according to his will. not likely by a vision or a literal voice - but more by occurrences in life

God Listens to all prayers .... the timing does not have to be with our time frame as to the response ..... and sometimes the prayers are answered without us even knowing that they have been answered.

He does not speak to us, He spoke to some of His messengers and to Moses He spoke direct.

Suffice to say that this life is a TEST, and some of our prayers will not be answered, how can it be a test if we get ALL that we want ........ that's reserved for the hereafter ..... if we pass this test :-))

Bob isn't purely appropriate yet Bob's answer is completely consistent with the present thinking in quantum mechanics that the mere fact adjustments the outcomes of specific experiments. between the biggest problems with info is that maximum of folk who use them don't have a clue approximately info. you're saying "we" have finished statistical finding out. in case you have been in contact as your use of the term "we" shows the place are your outcomes? because of the fact you have not written your outcomes in the way a statistician could i'm suggesting you're utilising the term "we" to advise contributors of the human race of which you additionally are a member, or in keeping with risk you're utilising "we" to advise you're making a huge distinction between people who have self assurance in a prayer answering God and people who do not and you're alongside with your self in the latter group. the two way, you're making mere assertions that are actually not supported via actual info. Your so-called test is equivalent to a documentary I as quickly as observed the place multiple religious people have been praying for specific terminally ill people. This replaced right into a television stunt that had no scientific value i'm afraid. For an test to be scientifically valid you're able to have the skill to regulate all your variables and this replaced into not something like a controlled environment.

He answers my prayers by setting things in motion that solve the problem that I am stressing about. He's done things like that so many times.

all of the above - and more. Often a confirmation of prayer comes from another person, sometimes an action, sometimes within a sermon or teaching, and sometimes through nature.

blessings :)
