I had a relative move in with me and she has two dependents, I also have dependents. Can both of us claim head of household? What if you have three single parent in the same house all got dependents can all three claim head of household?

There are easy questions to answer to determine if you qualify as head of household for tax purposes. One of those questions is "did you provide more than half the cost keeping up the home?" Only one of you can truthfully say that (and maybe none of you can, if you split it evenly.)

Only one person per household, at most, can claim head of household. To claim h of h you have to have provided more than half of the cost of maintaining the household - it's impossible for more than one person to each provide more than half. With three, if bills are being split three ways, then nobody could claim head of household since nobody would have paid more than half of the costs.

Yes, you probably can. The portion of the home that you use for your exclusive use is paid by you 100%. It's splitting hairs but the IRS will normally accept it.
