Ok, to say 'patying' you would use spanish slang... like 'fiesteando' (from 'fiesta') or 'parrandeando' (from 'parranda', similar to fiesta). You could also say 'celebrando', but that's more like 'celebrating'...
Maybe 'Andan de fiesta'.
Ok, hanging out:
1) Paseando (if you are, well, walking around someplace. Like shopping...)
2) Pasandola (more like 'passing time', just chilling with friends)
Hope it helped!

Partying is "festejando" which is more like celebrating, or
"están de fiesta" they are partying
hanging out is "juntando" "Nos juntamos con amigos en el parque"
We are hanging out with friends in the park.

You don't. You would respond with jejeje which is equivalent to lol in Spanish. Lol is an English slang term therefore it does not exist.

well as far as I know there isn't a specific word for that, in spanish it is too broad..in other words you have to be more specific...for example.....we are dancing....estamos bailando....or vamos a salir....we are going out(possible to party).
