the phrase is not correct but if you wanted to say "i'm sorry I was stupid for telling you I forgave you".... "Disculpame, fui estupido(fui tonto-I was dumb) por no verte dicho que te perdone..." OR "I'm sorry, I was stupid for not asking you to forgive me" ... "Disculpame, fui tonto por no pedirte perdon"

Well your phrase doesn't make grammatical sense so it's impossible to translate. Here's how to say "I'm sorry, I was stupid..." in Spanish:

Alternatively if the "I" is referring to a female, you would say:
