Not really. In Hebrews it says the Word of God is living and active. It depends on the context.

Let's go through this one piece at a time. Shall we?
<
yet both say they are filled with the Holy Spirit ?>>
Not all Doctrine is opposite. Most, in fact, is quite similar. While Catholics and Protestants may differ in thier views of Intercessory Prayer to Saints, Venerating the Ever Virgin Mary, The Real Presence of the Eucharist, both Catholics and Protestants are right to consider themsleves - and each other - Christians.
<>
What ideas? Specifics, please....
Since when is Jesus satanic?
<>
What early teachers were instructing what early concepts? Specifcs please....
<>
What Christian beliefs have been inspired by satan? Specifics please... So far you've provided no examples.
<>
Again, while Catholics and Protestants may not see eye-to-eye on everything, this fact does not serve as evidence of satanic influence.
What "opposite concepts"? Specifics please...
What "contradictory concepts"? Specifics please...
You seem to be suggesting that neither Catholics nor Protestants speak with any authority. By what authority are you levy these charges against Catholicism and Protestantism?

Catholics and Protestants do not teach EXACTLY opposite things. They both teach the bible, the apostle's creed, and hold to the first five councils of the early church. They both believe that Jesus Christ is God, the second person of the Trinity....
So how are they EXACTLY opposite?
Even if they differ on some of their teachings they are both similar enough to consider each other as Christians. And even if they differ, then God is still God and the Holy Spirit can still work in them.. The Holy Spirit can even work in you! You don't have to be Catholic or Protestant for God to work in your life.

Well, that all was pretty vague. In all honesty Protestants and Catholics pretty much teach the SAME theology.....very little differences. I think you would have to be more specific.
Pretty much everyone believes in the statements of the Apostles Creed.
. I believe in God the Father, Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth:
2. And in Jesus Christ, his only begotten Son, our Lord:
3. Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary:
4. Suffered under Pontius Pilate; was crucified, dead and buried: He descended to the dead:
5. The third day he rose again :
6. He ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty:
7. From thence he shall come to judge the living and the dead:
8. I believe in the Holy Spirit:
9. I believe in the holy Catholic church: the communion of saints:
10. The forgiveness of sins:
1l. The resurrection of the body:
12. And the life everlasting. Amen.

There are some differences between Catholics and Protestants in doctrine but both do believe that Jesus died on the cross for our salvation. The Catholic church has been around for 2000 yrs. it was the Reformation in the 17th century when England split from the church that you have Protestants. So,which one is wrong? You have to decide for yourself. There is a website that answers alot of questions concerning Catholicism www.catholic.com

They do not teach the exact opposite. They both teach that salvation is a gift from God through faith in his son Jesus Christ. They have many differences other than that but, that is the most important point and just like Joseph in the Old Testament had all of those brothers only Benjamin was Joseph's full blood brother because he had the same Mother. In this case Catholics and Jesus have the same Mother -- The Virgin Mary, other denominations may be saved through faith in Jesus but, that is between Jesus and them

Those who are filled with His Spirit will also be filled with His Word as well.I don't believe that catholics even read the Bible. They let the church do that for them.Example: Leviticus 26:1 and 1 Timothy 4:1-3

You are supposed to study and pray and learn for yourself which is correct. This is very likely the way God has us learn the truth. Every single difference is not eternal life threatening, but some are and should be made sure of. The answers are in the bible, not something added.

Yes but for the Bible to be written 400 years after the departure of Jesus, how can one be so sure which Bible or which Christian sect is correct? Did one ever ask himself, am I reading God's word or man's editing?
