Te ves muy linda hoy or Se ve muy linda hoy. You would use the first one if you are somewhat familliar with the person, if not use the second one.

As a woman i would prefer to hear I´m pretty all the time and then I would like a man to say :ERES MUY LINDA OR ERES MUY GUAPA.If you think she is pretty just sometimes you say:estas muy linda or estas muy guapa.I think linda sounds more beautiful than guapa.Good luck!

Hoy estás muy/especialmente guapa.--Today you look very/specially pretty (if you are on close terms, no matter the age)
