I got laid off and have been looking.I would like to find a legit work from home using my internet.There are so many, how do i know which are good companies and pay what they say?I cannot afford any start up expenses.Is anyone out there making a living working from home?

I use Mineral Girlz. it isn't enough to live on but it does help. It is free to try with a free website. I like that you get what you put into it. If you don't do anything nothing will happen but if you try, people will at least look at your site. Give it a shot. Good Luck!

I have not found one good one yet!

Do your research. There is no magic bullet and many scams and products are out there. Stick to something tangible and stay away from the fads (juices, surveys, water filters, cosmetics etc.). Surveys do NOT make you money! The Surveys are not real and all you do is sign up for offers, pay money, then hopefully get the money back.

What did you do for a job? Can you do that from home? Do you have any special skills you can use like writing/typing, talking on the phone etc.? There are lots of writing, data entry and customer service jobs you can do from home. Look on monster.com or other sites for these opportunities.

Some quick (though not large) money can be made from eBay. Go to local yard sales this weekend and pick out some nice things for cheap that you think will sell well then resell them yourself. Look around your own house and sell some unwanted items too. You'll have a little money coming in next week.
