If you're thinking of adding a ceiling ventilation fan to suck hot air into the attic space above the ceiling, then that won't work. Better to put a ventilation fan at the highest windows in the bathroom and suck hot air outside.

Alternately, you could put a wall fan to blow/circulate cool air into your bathroom.

I must be missing something here. Because it has radiant heat, what does that have to do with the wiring of a ceiling fan? I would think you would just wire it up as usual. good luck
