THIS IS NOT MY IDEA!!!!!!! THE BRIDE ASKED FOR IT....ITS JUST A SMALL FAMILY WEDDING LIKE 40 PEOPLE!

Get a medium-sized flower pot (Terra cotta-it's heavier & won't tip over) and fill it with floral foam. Get several small branches and stick them into the foam. Make sure they are pretty branches (no leaves) and not just sticks. Spray paint the whole thing silver or white. Use a piece of cloth to cover the foam in the pot. Tie pieces of white string onto the branches and tie a large paperclip on the end of the string. Put $ in the paperclip to give people the idea of what to do.

Collect money from people. You can either by a plastic tree form at a party store or use a fake tree and paperclip the money on it. Not take a breath. Don't get stressed and enjoy the wedding

Is your friend white trash? who even does money trees anymore? my co-worker had a wedding tree, you know what happened to her she used all the cash from the wedding to pay for her lawyer when she divoreced him two weeks later.

Most party supply places sell the trees that they use and you just place the money on the branches.

The one we made for my grandma was a little tree bought at a nursery where they have plants and trees. then get some safety pins and little money envelopes ; and put the money in the envelope and pin it on the tree,works great and it;s a great gift,,,,good luck,.

I agree with the bad taste opinion. Why are weddings all about $$$ these days?! shouldnt it be to celebrate a marriage?
