Technically, 100% because they're here illegally. But if you mean convicted criminals from their home countries (or are committing other crimes here in the U.S.), then I would actually say it's a low percentage. Most illegal immigrants are average people just looking to make a better life for themselves.

Uhhhh...Gotta agree with the others.... If they are "illegal" immigrants, then they have all broken the law and thus are criminals. That would be like asking how many bank robbers are criminals.
