The why is that is is one of the most special gifts that God has gave us and he does not want us to use it in a way that it degrades the act of love between a man and a woman. It is the power of creation the only way that man and woman has with God to be co-creators of life not something to be done with light mindedness.

lol. I wish that sex before marriage wasn't a sin. I think I'd serve God better because I feel like I just can't resist anymore. I'm 22 and never had sex because I became a christian at the age 15, this is it I don't think I can hold on one more year. It's either God give me a girl to marry or I'll fall because I just love girls.

Oh sheesh! Contrary to that He even wrote a sex manual for us! lol The Bible shows that sex is so much more than just intercourse as well. It includes sexual intimacy, emotional intimacy and the union of two people, even if they haven't "gone all the way." God intended sex to be a union of two lives into one (Genesis 2:24)

Contrary to running away, He even wrote a sex manual for us! Primarily the Song of Songs is a song of praise celebrating God’s creation and what is without a doubt the crowning glory of that creation; the gift of love between a man and a woman. The Bible shows that sex is so much more. It includes sexual intimacy, emotional intimacy and the union of two people, even if they haven't "done the deed," so to speak.

Do you mean casual sex? I don't think God is against sex, otherwise you would have never been born. Sex is a natural experience, but just must be enjoyed responsibly. I suggest really getting to know and trust a person before you have sex with them. Having sex just because you want it isn't a good reason in itself. That's what animals do.

Only sex OUTSIDE of marriage.
(Genesis 4:1) Now Adam had intercourse with Eve his wife and she became pregnant. In time she gave birth to Cain and said: “I have produced a man with the aid of Jehovah.”
(Genesis 4:17) Afterward Cain had intercourse with his wife and she became pregnant and gave birth to E′noch. Then he engaged in building a city and called the city’s name by the name of his son E′noch.

(Genesis 4:25) And Adam proceeded to have intercourse again with his wife and so she gave birth to a son and called his name Seth, because, as she said: “God has appointed another seed in place of Abel, because Cain killed him.”

(Genesis 24:16) Now the young woman was very attractive in appearance, a virgin, and no man had had sexual intercourse with her; and she made her way down to the fountain and began to fill her water jar and then came up.

(Genesis 38:26) Then Judah examined them and said: “She is more righteous than I am, for the reason that I did not give her to She′lah my son.” And he had no further intercourse with her after that.

There asre another 20 or so scriptures dealing with immora intercourse.
The Bible does not cover up the subject but deals with it properly.

Joseph was fleeing from having sex with another man's wife. That's an admirable thing wouldn't you say? God wants you to have all the pleasure through sex you can handle monogamously with your spouse.

Joseph refused to have sex with his bosses wife. I personally think that makes him a good guy. Anyone running around having sex with other men's wives ought to be beat up.
