I'm wondering if I should eat dinner out today.. I was thinking Wendy's? But I worked out today and yesterday and Tues and Wed and I dont want to ruin it too much! But I have a craving for it.. and I dont have a lot of food here at home.. should I just get some this time?

There are some good options at Wendy's that won't cancel out your workout. Baked potatoes are a smart choice, but be careful of the toppings! Check the website for complete nutritional info. and plan what you will get before you go so you steer clear of the Biggie Frosty! Good luck!

It's ok to eat out every once in awhile just not every day. Fast food isn't good for you because all of the trans fat, lack of nutrients, and all the hidden calories they add in salads..etc. As long as you make good food choices you can eat the hamburger, just don't order the large drink and monster fries.

Don't deprive yourself. If you end up eatting at home you will probably eat more & become more hungry because you didn't satisfy your cravings. I know that whenever I want a brownie, and I deprive myself from it, I end up eatting a lot more. Go for it, only because you have exercised. Just remember to burn it off the next day.

Don't go to Wendy's. Go to the grocery store and buy some healthy food.

When your body craves something, you should have it. But the secret to this is moderation. When you are there get something that is the healthiest to eat. Avoid the soda and get some water. Get food without mayo or any other dressing to it.
