Please help me I am going too eat about 1,000 a every day and walk 5 miles every day for 2 months ... how many pounds will i loose????? plez help me!!!!!!:) thanks!

It will help you lose a lot of weight... because you eat 1000 callories a day and you walk 5 MILES!!! 1 Miles you will lose about 0.5 pounds so 5 Miles is 0.5x5=2.5 POUNDS!!! each day you can lose so much... GOOD LUCK

5 miles every day will take over an hour which is great, try to work up to a jog.

Eating only 1000 calories will cause you to lose pounds at first, however your body will start clinging to your calories as much as they can, leaving you craving more and losing only water, try eating 1500 calories a day if that doesnt work then you can start subtracting the cals down 1400 or 1300. you need to eat more than that. body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Its a good plan but with 5 miles a day your body might need more than 1k calories a day...Over a two month period I would say a healthy amount of weight to lose would be 20lbs.

First of all its not calories that make you gain wieght,rather carbohydrates.This can be found in potatoes,bread,pastry,pasta.ect.If you wish to lose wieght dont starve yourself.Eat a diet thats low in carbs.Situps and pushups as well as a good run every second day will reduce more wieght than walking.Drink plenty of watersince it is a way to rid your body of oxidents.dont eat junk food and good luck

Run for 30 sec, walk or jjog for 30 sec. do that for like at least 45 min and then jog. walk before and after you are done
