Hi, I use Lo'real Paris Natural Black Semi Permanent hair dye on my blonde hair, and I would like to add red highlights like this.

You would have to dye the parts you want red blonde first, otherwise the color won't take.

The way stylists achieve that look is by dying the entire head blonde first, then sectioning off highlights red, and then adding the black. You have to work in reverse. You might even need to strip the color off pieces.

PS-- Red is not any harder to change than any other color. Don't listen to that guy.

Manic Panic is purely a stain, temporary dye. The extra bleached and pourous your hair is, the extra desirable it holds. Given you suggested your hair is organic, i visit think of it has minimum harm consequently won't carry directly to the dye besides. in case you bleach it, it is going to hold the colour longer. i've got used diverse manufacturers of dye however, and that i've got stumbled on Manic Panic would not final very long. i began utilising Jerome Russel's Punky hues, and it lasts a pair of month formerly i could do yet another application. sturdy success!

please!!!, dont put red in your hair. not to be mean but, i put red colour in my hair and even after geting it reydyed brown over it several tymes it always comes back through. red colour is veary hard to reverse once put on. so please think twice.
