I would just keep it in braids all the time . don't straiten it or dye it no harsh treatments but the braids will be good cause then your not bothering it at all . i would also take hair vitamins and eat lots of jello .

Use a hot oil treatment, you can buy them in the drug store, its simple you submerge it into hot water to heat it up and then put it through your hair, it will put the oils back into your hair and stop it from breaking so much.
The reason hair breaks is because its dry and brital, that can be caused from many things, too much washing, hot hair dryers etc.
Although it's nice to have clean hair, if you wash it more then every second day it drys out and you need to put the oils back into it or it breaks.

Vitamin E is perfect for this problem...take one vitamin E everyday and calcium is also very good for damaged hair...take those two every day and drink at least a glass of water a day and in a few weeks your hair should be much improved...

Try some deep conditioning that you don't have to comb, but wash out. I think one of the best ways to find out would be to go to your hair stylist and ask based on your individual hair type.

My hair was breaking really bad a few months ago...Think about when it started breaking...were you stressed out...are you eating healthy!!! My best advice is to eat more green veggies...and wash once a week and deep condition with (pantene for relaxed and natural deep conditioning hair mask)!!! Also take time out for yourself don't let daily stress affect you physically or mentally...Be Blessed!!!!

You have to make sure your using the right conditioner for your hair. Some conditioners don't help but if you get the one that's right for your hair it will help. The best person to ask is your stylist and they can recommend the right conditioner.Good luck..
