Try talking to her away from work.
I am single and guys think that they can interrupt me just to flirt. My job is important; I have to support myself and my son.
Respect her work. Keep your date conversations to a minimum, perhaps just say "Can I call you later at home?"
She will appreciate that you thought about her and respected her work.

That mean she always did like you but she is scared she will get her heart broken. Her heart could be filled with a lot of pain and she didn't make herself vulnerable. Your colleague was probably happy because she took a chance on going on a date with you and it turned out very well!!!!!!!!!

You've either said or done something wrong or that may have offender her, she's 'too cool' to be seen talking to you around some people, she's embarassed or possibly, she's just not that into you!
Either way, if she's just going to ignore you without a good reason, she's not worth it.

either the date was horrible, she doesnt want anyone knowing that youre together, or she thinks that because you went out, she doesnt have to do anything else to get you to stay with her.
try talking to her about it and if its something weird or stupid try to solve it. if you can tell it will be a problem, you might want to break it up.
