A wrist brace would definitely help you. You should also place ice packs on your wrists for ten minutes at a time to help take down the inflammation And pain. an orthopedic doctor or a chiropractor are the best people to go to for the correct type of brace. They are experts in sports medicine. I've enclosed a link where you can find a chiropractor in your area. You can ask your medical doctor for a referral to an orthopedic specialist. You will feel much better when you have support on your wrist.

Do not use a wrist brace unless a doctor instructs you to do so. Ask your coach for suggestions. I'm sure he/she has been faced with this before. Let your coach help before it gets so serious that you'll have to see a doctor. You can do permanent damage. Apply ice and try an anti- inflammatory when it hurts.

There are some very good answers here. However, be sure that during your warm ups you also do exercises for stretching the wrist as well. Your coach should be able to help you with this. If not, please get a referral to someone who specializes in Orthopedic Therapy.
