I got really bad sunburn and i don't know what to do it feels like i am on fire PLEASE help any suggestions to make it burn less or help the red to go down so ppl don't laugh at me tomorrow? It really hurts please help!? Thanks a bunches!

quarter cup lemon juice
It burns like crap but scrub and it will come off
Then but some aleo vera stuff on it

Use aloe vera... like a lot. I burn all the time and thats what feels the best, but I would also use some lotion as well. And wear loose clothing and I wouldn't recommend wearing a bra around the house because it can really bother sunburns. As for the burn going away, only time will do that

take tylenol or motrin, which ever you have taken before. Get a sunburn relief gel with lidocaine in it. It will soothe and numb the area a bit so the tylenol or motrin can kick in and help with the swelling.

You can also put wet tea bags on your burns for relief.

Yes use Alvera creme and the Vinger takes the sting out of the burn stay out of sun for few days good luck

I use aloe vera, it cools the burn and heals at the same time. My husband had gone swimming and had the problem and within a few days he was relieved from the pain.

Sleep with a fan near you, a wet cloth on your forehead,An put alo vera gel on it just don't put it anywhere near your eyes, it really burns.

Make a paste out of baking soda. I used to use this on my kids when they were little and stayed in the sun too long.

I really reccomend Nivea cream. It cools you down and it smoothes skin. Good luck!

Solarcaine is good and so is a bath in vinegar- it take sthe burn out.
