"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"
You meet the same people coming down the ladder of success that you meet going up it. America will not always be #1. It is totally possible you, your neighbor, all of us, will need the charity and good will of Mexico some day, so be nice!

No I don't think that will ever become a law or it is a good idea. The only reason someone should be not allowed to own property or possesions is if they are illegal immigrants. In that case they shouldn't be in this counrty in the first place. If they took the time to become legal United States citizens then they should every right as we do as Americans. Why should anyone have to get a speciel permit to have children. That is just absolutely rediculous.

Our laws that come from legislators that are politically motivated for the most part are from Capitalists that stand to reap dollars for the legislation. Legislators are not particullarly concerned about good ideas or protecting this country. They all have their own agends, like Diane Fienstien. Passing legislation against the veterans administration so they can never use their own land as needed for the Veterans in the name of reducing traffic, because the state has extended the driving privilege to more people than the roads can handle. Why the Veterans Administration, well, Mrs. Feinstein is one of those legislators that can be bought, cheap, by interest groups, especially ones that are geared at adversity for men. I do not know but I would say that with legislators like her, legislating to take the guns away from citizens in California, anything is possible if you throw your legislators enough bucks. Doesn't matter about caring or making sense or even common sense just dollars and that equates to capitalism. Good stuff isn't it.

Ok, let me make this real simple
Definition of ILLEGAL:
1. forbidden by law or statute.
2.contrary to or forbidden by official rules, regulations...etc
3.Prohibited by law
**Not available in Spanish
Whats the difference? Wow do you need to go back to school...anyone who isnt a Native American is in fact an immigrant or a product of immigrants. And the "LEGAL" immigrants worked very hard to come to the US, so Im not sure why you are including the LEGALS....they are here because they followed the rules hence are entitled to own land etc....

This is a nation developed by immigrants. First the Vikings and then the Spanish, French and English. The only natives were the American Indian which also migrated from Asia.
I think the expressions of your neighbor are very racist and born out of a great prejudice. Sooner or later he will have to modify the way he thinks if he wants to obtain peace of mind and a productive life focused on the more positive and important things of life.

A legal immigrant has the right to own property, pets and have the right to send their children to public schooling. The ILLEGAL immigrants shouldnt have any rights but the right to go back to where they came from and become a LEGAL US citizen the right way.

You have a redneck friend. Did you check for his swastika tattoo?
I am pro immigration. Many of the illegal immigrants - most of them I know are Hispanic - are good people in our area. They keep many of the apartment complexes full and rent paid. They own vehicles and pay road taxes which has helped this state improve roads by 95%. Contrary to popular beleif many of the Hispanics I know own homes and property and pay the taxes for these "luxuries" but because they are illegal they can not benefit from the taxes they have paid in from even their jobs. Yes, for the past 10 yrs many of your "illegal" immigrants have been paying taxes and have not being living off the "system". They pay most everything in cash and very few buy anything on credit.(Helps our economic rates) they even pay their medical bills verses many of our "Citizens" which are in debt or have never paid their bills. 40% of our american citizens live off the system verses 22% of illegal immigrants including Chinese, Laotian, Africans, and Hispanics. Who would you rather keep? Legal or not this "country" is run as a corporation. If they own land or not. Look at the Japanese. They own property all over the united states but none of the owners live in this country!
I would rather have people in my country that I don't have to support than those that have been working the system for decades. Tell your friend to do his research and quit listening to publicity and media and gossip.

Your neighbor sounds like some kind of a NUT!
We are ALL immigrants and ALL can own property.
There will be NO SUCH CHANGE.
ILLEGAL immigrants are another issue.
Illegal immigrants should have NO rights what-so-ever since they are by both name and definition, violators of the law and not citizens.
Legal immigrants, once they become full citizens, have all the rights of citizens.

That is a little extreme, but there is legislation pending that will stop them from obtaining mortgages with no credit check. HR Bill 1427..In most other countries, IF you are there illegally, you CANNOT OWN PROPERTY. It causes too many problems for Americans and Legal Residents that are doing it the right way! It is dishonest and dieregards the fact American Identities have been stolen to secure those properties and jobs. Amnesty is wrong!

heavily, if the residing house-seller can teach that his residing house did no longer sell specifically as a results of state of the neighbour's backyard, he could have a case.
