please give us your height also

if you dont want to to say, go here http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ and use your height and weight to determine if you are overweight or not. it will tell you.

if you are overweight, its simple. exercise more, eat healthier. dont eat as much junk food, and walk around more, etc.

You are still in puberty..a girl will have to suffer through til 17 and a guy..well..they have it easier..just take away carbs and their weight drops off..lucky dogs! What you want to do is make sure you do not develop a roll of fat around your belly..it is known that belly rolls do cause heart problems. If your weight looks evenly distributed and you have muscle or curves..your body is adjusting to your own look. You may not need to lose weight, but develop an exercise that is fun and keeps your "look" going for you. Of couse, common sense tells us that if we eat fatty foods or not enough..like skipping meals..it will cause our bodies to get fatter even with exercise so do not continue eating like you did when you were in grade school!

It really does depend on your height. Also losing weight is very hard to do.
