If you are not a male, or do not have a muscular build... I think that would be a good idea... Depending on how you carry the weight you may need to lose from 10 to 30 pounds, or more if you just want to...

I'm 5'6 and weigh 120, but I have no muscle... so maybe you just have a different body type..

Tell ya what..all the health charts are bogus! It does not matter your bone size or your height or your age. All you have to do is look at yourself..honestly, now, in a mirror from all angles. You can see the bumps for yourself. If 5 pounds gets rid of them..lose that. If you want to be a certain clothing size..go for that. But remember..once the wight is off, you have to maintain that lose with constant dieting and moderate exercise. So..you want to be honest again..look at what you can lose to feel your sexiest..but is fairly fun and easy to maintain..for life!

You are considered overweight. So if you'd like to lose weight for health reasons, then you should. If you are comfortable and love yourself the way you are, then I wouldn't worry too much about it. However, being overweight can cause all kinds of health problems in the future.

you should lose one to ten pounds other wise if you want to be super skinny you should lose 10 to30 pounds
