Mundus celer

The Latin adjective (celer) typically followed the noun. Mundus is the best single word for world.

Terra is land; terrae (plural, meaning 'lands') was sometimes used for world - that would have to have a plural adjective - terrae citae.

Orbis means circle or sphere; Orbis terrarum (circle of lands) was used to mean world.

Citus, velox, and celer are all good words for swift, quick, fast.

Actually, "Terra Cita".

(cito is an adverb, "quickly")

Note: The "C" in Cita was pronounced as "K" during the Classic Period (i.e, the Roman Republic, itself, when Ceaser and Cicerus lived). During the Middle Age and now, in the Vatican, however, the C is pronouced "CH" as in church.
