the reason i am asking is because, today total i have consumed 990 calories, 310 which were from juice..so is it normal to eat like this..or should i eat something else...

you should deffinately eat more.
body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day.
you are active and need more than that.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net and it will tell you exactly how many calories a day you need

if you consume less calories than the BMR requires you will most likely lose as much muscle mass as you do fat and slow the metabolic rate.

Daily calorie maintainence for the average person is 2,000. IF you dont get atlease 2,000 calories you will lose weight. If you get more than 2,000 you will gain weight.
