personally, i dont believe in anything. i cant decide which one will work for me because theyre all different. i look at it this way...if there was a god, how do ppl know what he believed and preached? normal people a long time ago made up these theories and we're following them. i think religion causes seperation, not unity.

The Christian God was very careful to prove Himself when He had the Bible written. It is different from every other book. In it He predicts the future. No other book does this with accuracy. God names names, dates and places so we can check out history and see that He was right. He even gave us the very words someone would say centuries before the fact!
If you were God and you wanted to communicate through a book, you would put things in there only a God could know, such as the future. If you wanted everyone to know that you were going to come in person, you would explain what you were like so you would be recognized. You would put in the city of your birth, where you grew up, what kinds of deeds you would do, your temperament, your purpose, even how you would die.
God did all that in the Old Testament. It was all in book form 400 years before Jesus, the Son of God, came. The New Testament gospels follow Jesus and point out some of the places where He fulfilled the prophecies.
He has proven His existence perfectly and wonderfully. The Christian God is the true God.

very good question!
The basically religions are moral classes. They mostly advice about truth and love but honestly human being is very ungrateful to God. We all carry love and fate in our soul whatever we do and whereever we go. If we are not successful enough believing in love and then we face with all abnormalities in this world.
The wars, religious discriminations, fight, and many more what we have produced so far. No one is right in this world. The aim of life is to find the right way. The way goes to God must be luminated with love not with fate. The walk on such a way is the hardest thing because sometimes you walk alone with no help. While intensionally we walk on the way, all we have is God's given truths. One day love will overcome fate and insanity will be pusnished.

Right and wrong applies to arithmetic problems. You will never know the right and wrong to every question. You will eventually repeat your answers so many times that they become natural, and they will feel right to you. But, you can also feel sure that the world is flat right up until the time Christopher Columbus proves you wrong.
If you are a good person, you will recognize good from bad and do the good thing. Let the world decide if you are right or wrong.

The essence of all religions are the same Love God, Serve God, Everyone is a son or daughter of God so we are brother and sisters and love them. Krishna says in the Gita "Whenever their is a decline in religious principals, and the truth appears to be lost, I appear again and again or send my representative to reestablish the truth." The Laws of God and nature are set then man puts his filthy hands on the scripture and changes the meaning so God has to come again or send His representative to reestablish that which appears to be lost. Krishna says in the Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) that one has to take spiritual knowledge from someone who is in a pure disciplic succession steaming from His appearance. Otherwise they are not qualified to write or comment on scripture. So we can plainly see how so many mundane so called scholars are putting their twists on the original word. Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada is in a pure disciplic lineage steaming all the way from the appearance of Lord Krishna for info go to harekrishnatemple.com read Bhagavad Gita as it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada (can be read on line www.asitis.com) The Absolute Truth. I have seen.

When what I read correlates exactly with reality. Not believing what I know to be true is the greatest harm I could do to myself or others.
Kind of short and vague, I know, but to answer your question fully and accurately would require at least a 25 point essay to be developed, revised, edited, and re-written. And that's just the rough draft!

I am born into hinduism. I love hindu mythologies, which are intresting and full of morales. The temples are very peaceful and one likes to go.The god is very forgiving.
Gita is very intresting to read and follow. I never found any thing to strongly deny in gita.
As far as other faiths are concerned, other faiths seem to be part of hinduism. So, i have no reason to wander for better faith. There was neither a bad past or war in hinduism, for which i have to hate my faith.

Yeah religion is not what I want, I'd rather have a relationship with Jesus Christ. God isn't too fond of "religiosity" either.
All of the biblical prophecy that has been fulfilled to date has been 100% accurate.
I'll stick with Christianity, and the truth of the Bible.
Feel free to email me if you want help with studying the Bible.

My position is supported with both scientific (chirality) and biblical evidenced. The New Testament come right out and say that salvations come by faith in Jesus Christ and not by works. Jesus Himself claimed to be God. There is prophecy in the OT that make it very clear that Jesus is the Messiah, the savior who took our sins onto Himself... These are the evidences that have convinced me that God is there. That He sent Jesus into the Wold to save us from sin. That God excepts us as His children on the basic of Faith. What makes you think you are right? Jim

No religion is right. You do not need to live by religion to lead a happy and full life. Those people that believe religion is everything, in my opinion are scared to admit that maybe they and only they have control over their lives...but for some they need that security. For me living your life for you and having faith in yourself is all that matters. It gives me great strength.
