First, calm down. You're not the first person this has happened to and it by no means reflects on you as a person. Second, yes, any type of contact, even if there is no penetration, can transfer disease. He may have merely irritated you, you may have a yeast infection, (it will manifest itself with itching, redness, and a white discharge), or you may have contracted chlamydia or another STD. Either way, you should look in the paper for a Planned Parenthood office and make an appointment. They are confidential.
P.S. REALLY itchy is a good sign it's a yeast infection. If you insert your fingers into yourself and a thick white discharge is on your fingers, it is most likely that. You can try an over-the-counter yeast remedy first if you don't want to go to the clinic but I would recommend a visit there. Even if it is yeast, you may have contracted something else with it. If you buy an OTC yeast remedy, I would recommend a name brand medication as opposed to a generic. Good luck, and next time, USE A CONDOM.

Hmmn, itching inside without sex? If you had any sort of contact whatsoever with each others private areas, you should get it checked out if its itching. This can be sign of a STD present, yeast infection developement or allergic reaction to something that touched the area. You should definitely get it checked out. If you want privacy, go to a local clinic. They will not divulge any information to your mom if you don't want them to. Next time, be more careful! Don't let anything near that area unless your 100% sure what it is. Hope everything turns out ok sweetie!

Buy a vinegar douche and stick it up inside and wash yourself out good. That'll probably help the itching. Tell him to keep his dirty fingers out next time!

you need to get it checked out. and *yes* something could TOTALLY happen if you didn't have sex. only a doctor can tell you if something is wrong.
