Ok well not eating slows your metabolism so you can't lose weight if you starve yourself. You should eat 4 small meals a day instead of 3 small ones because it keeps you burning fat all day. Exercise and do more than just run. Also you will probably gain a few pounds at first because muscle weighs more than fat. Don't starve yourself, because that tells your brain to hold on to your body fat, so you don't really lose any. I feel the same way alot, and I'm going to the doctor to see what type of body I have, how much I should weigh, and how much I should lose. You should try that and find a suit that compliments your body. Go on the internet and look at the tips they offer to finding the right suit for you. And try not to compare yourself to others, it's hard not to, but everybody's body is different.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

not eating is the worst thing you can do....
running is good...
maybe you are not fat, maybe you are just flabby....
thats how i was, instead of only running, try adding in some weight lifting evey few days and even the bicycle.
and stop comparing yourself to your naturally thin friends...
i used to do that, but you cant change your genes, some people have to work at having a good body, others dont....
try looking at celebrities like drew berrymore and eva mendez and kate winslet... they are bigger that their peers.... shaply but gorgeous.... much nicer on the eyes than paris hilton or keira knightly....
what i am saying is dont go by thinness, go by fitness!
a woman should have curves!

the nice thing is you can try to do something about your body and body image. wear clothes that look good on you (not only clothes that are in style for skinny people). don't wear clothes that do not fit. that will make you look overweight. if you stop eating your body gets messed up and wants to gain fat. so stop denying food to yourself. try to eat healthy and run around a little every day.

Dont worry..If it really bothers you exersice and eat right. I call it a desease that all girls have no matter what girls are always going to think that they are fat even if they are skin and bones! If your ok with yourself just be yourself and people will see that your confortable in your own skin witch is what everyone wants!

first of all not eating gets you fatter and afer you starve your self then eat your body will atamaticly store the food keep running watch wat you eat just eat good foods low in fat. no fast food or ice creem. umm just stay active and youl see result have a positive mental atatude and you cant loose

please eat food; go to your doctor and ask for health advice. they can give several different options. cetain things may not work because of our body types and other factors; which may be why running doesn't help.
