You must be confused.
Atheists will tell you they are not religious and they do not believe in things which are spiritual.

I had no idea there was an athiest section. I thought this was called the Religion and Spirituality section.

Religion= 1:An organized system of beliefs and rituals centering on a supernatural or beings.
2: A belief upheld or pursued with zeal and devotion.

to ask questions about jesus i do not think the question of if jesus is important to atheists as well is in doubt their only doubt is what the set up is also to see how much more is known in this section than they know themselves to find out more. actually they claim to have no religion but i think science is theirs and they think no one religious knows any they beleive having an education entitles them to be rude to people when someone is just asking a question perhaps philosophy would be a better thing to study than science if this is the attitude having an education gives you . when i asked a question my question was not understood by the person who replied and my question was essentially how do you know how the earth was formed does science know the answer and can scientists figure out how all that materiel came together and if scientists can provide an answer to the god question and if they could not figure out an answer to what attracted this materiel and could this answer the god question. next if they could find a way to do it themselves in outer space i know enough that this is unlikely but if possible then could this make them god but an ordinary god. then my next question was would not this make god the best scientist of all even greater then einstein if this were possible

religion is more about control and manipulation of others

spirituality is more universal and include christians, atheists and all in between

to say this section is only for the evangelicals...well that might be a stretch

some religions are stand alone and do not proselytize

its the other way around. why do you come to the religion and spirituality section? im not saying this in a preachy way. i just pray something on here connects with you and you realise God is not a joke, He is a loving, caring God who wants you to have a relationship with Him. HE LOVES YOU.
God bless you

Its interesting to see what the other half think. Why should we limit ourselves to one section? It expands our minds.

Didn`t know there was an Athiest section, but if they do i assume it`s to spread the word and try and convert us which is what the Bible tells them to do....

To get to the other side? To change a light bulb? Perhaps it`s the equivalent of a day at the zoo. "Please do not feed the unbelievers" or even " Danger these infidels bite"
