find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Are trying skating or running, on the way to slim you down and tone you up, as far as meals, avoid too many processed foods, and i do know you mostly hear this quite a bit, however drink tons of water, it has so many advantages. Then do the regular stuff like pushups/jumping jacks/pullups, and so on. Do not overdo it, have a leisure day. Lastly, do not bounce on the size day by day, results do not come that swiftly, and if you are losing a few pounds that speedy, that's not excellent. And muscle weighs greater than fat, so seem at the scale as what it is, a quantity. If you happen to suppose fit and healthful, ignore the number, actually, it is going to often go up as you acquire extra muscle groups.
