It makes it go really crispy. Sometimes if I am late for work and I am leaving my hair to naturally dry, I scrunch it with my hands (curly hair) and then spray it, but as it dries it goes solid!
DONT DO IT!

it really depends on what you are going to do to the hair, are you going to let it dry naturally or are you going to dry it into some sort of style
its great for short spikey hair to keep it in place but for longer styles you really need to dry it, i would suggest that you use it on dry hair, hair is hydroscopic which means that it absorbs moisture from the atmosphere and using hairspray stops the absorption process so the hair retains its styled shape

I would spray it on damp hair, not wet hair, and then scrunch it up with your fingers. Then comb and blow dry. And spray a little more on if you're really sure about it.

The only thing it will do is harden the hair, leaving it "crispy". Youre better off with a styling spray (styling lotion, sea salt spray, spray gel, wave enhancing spray, curl enhancing spray...take your pick)

my advice is to never use hairspray. it is bad for your hair and can damage it if used regularly.

it is good only for a wet-hair-effect, but it'll look like you carry a helmet! if you are just in hurry, better don't do it.
