I meant it is the most important thing there is here is to believe,so we get to heaven.

Yes it is, but what we also want is for other people to come to know the JOY in knowing Christ.

No, I don't think that believing is the key. Being kind to one another, showing love towards on another, respecting one another, all those are possible without believing in anything, only that we must have respect for one another. I know many people who do not believe in the Divinity of Christ, and many who do not believe in G-d, but I don't think they are exempt from going to heaven. What they believe is their business, what their actions are, especially those that impact others, are what is most important. That's the only thing that matters!

Unfortunately, Bee, some people process the Bible and only read what they want. For the liberal, they say "only Believe" and you will be saved. But:

James 2:19 says: "Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble."

Jesus asked the question: "And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?" (Luke 2: 19).

You see, If someone accepts a King's rulership, to be loyal subjects, they must obey the rules of that government.

The churches of Medieval times all believed that God's 10 commandment law was the standard of righteousness, but last century the idea that Jesus' sacrifice was so complete that even sinners who believe will make it to the kingdom.

The Apostle Paul had to deal with sin in the churches he formed, and in one instance he said to cast out a man who was sleeping with his father's mother. Paul rebuked them sharply saying a little yeast will leaven the whole lump (church).

One more thing, Bee. When Paul rebuked the church with the adultrous member, he was quite specific:

"Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
"Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
"And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God" (1 Cor 6:9-11).

He was addressing this to baptized believers who had confessed and foresaken their sins. We should do likewise.

Yea belief is the most important but Christians should also try to live what they believe "Faith without works is dead"

No, as a Christian the most important thing is that you always occupy the moral high ground even when you are knee deep in other peoples blood and guts. Christians know that god is on their side and that sometimes it is necessary to slaughter and maim innocent people so that good Christians can make a buck. Halleluja

No believing is just the first step in becoming a follower of Jesus. Then one has to follow his teachings to get to heaven. If you don't believe this then you would have to believe that one person just accepts and does any dam thing they like and they go to eternal heaven and another practices their whole life with faith, devotion, and following his teachings and they also go. It makes no sense and God actually makes sense. So you have to "Go and sin no more". As Jesus instructed or one will take another birth in the material world again to try for the highest truth. for the original new testament before king Constantine omitted so many things like much of Jesse's life, karma, reincarnation, and vegetarianism. No. A Christian is to be a doer of the word, not a hearer only. In speaking of salvation, yes the only name that will save is Jesus Christ. But that is just the beginning of our Christian walk. We are to live our lives being humble, forgiving, merciful, kind, loving, compassionate. Do I succeed at that all the time? Not even close. But I do love God and wish to do as He wants me to.

yes he is the son of god and no believing is very important but you must finish his work by telling other people about god and jesus

You obviously have to live your life in a way that shows you believe
In other words I can say I believe in them but if I really do then I'll follow what they say I should be doing or not doing etc
