Doing a straight work out for a certain amount of hours will do nothing or have NO immediate affects that you can see visually. It's an over time period thing to lose weight and get toned in the stomach area. You have to eat somewhat healthy and exercise reguarly. Not just crunches, you have to do ALL over body work outs, strengthening and cardio, like running or walking. Try swimming, great for the Summer hot months. If you wanna see results in your stomach, do an all over body work out and watch what you eat. It wont happen in 2 to 3 hours. Sorry.

NOOOOO!!!!! if you work out for that long you are probobly not doing it intensly enough. You need to work your abs 4 times a week with rest day inbetween. DO supersets. 2 exercises done back to back with no rest inbetween. So you might do a set of crunches and then do bicycles. Also do some form of aerobic exercise running, jogging, swimming. This will burn fat off you.

no, not all at once. you would burn calories and stuff but if just do them straight through for a few hours it would make a difference, it just wouldnt be a noticeable one. do some crunches every day and u will see a difference.

youll get tired and you will end up hating the thought of doing them anymore. Therefore this wont help. try doing 500 everyday. 250 in the morning and 250 before you go to sleep. works for me

no.you would get dead.thats what you would get.that is if you meant all at 1 time or in 1 day.20 mins a day and you can have a 6 pack in weeks.if you do them right and if you are in decent shape already.

news flash - the only fat burning exercise is cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min. crunches do NOT burn fat, they only build muscle so basically you are getting bigger looking belly
